Where do you ship from ?
- The dental scaler and otoscope products you need are shipped from cooperative warehouses and factories in the US/UK. Therefore, since different factories specialize in different manufacturing fields, please expect that your items can be shipped separately (if you order more than one item).

How long will it takes my items to arrive ?
- It will usually take 3-14 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Does my product include postage?
- So far, the dental scalers and otoscopes you have purchased are free shipping and are shipped from US/UK, while hearing aids are shipped from China. Shipping is not free for the time being.
